OSFM has contracted with a new licensing software provider, GL Solutions. OSFM went “live” with this licensing software on September 29, 2025. We have not been able to successfully create an accurate online report. We realize the public uses this report as a tool for verifying the license status of professions licensed by the Fire Prevention Division. We appreciate your patience as we work through these system issues.
