**ANNOUNCING CHANGE TO TIME FRAME ALLOWED FROM APPLICATION TO PROJECT COMPLETION**

As of 3-1-2019, all plan review comments regarding Aboveground Tanks (AST), and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) applications will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date on the Technical Services Review Comments letter. After this 1 year period, extensions will no longer be granted for work not completed, a new application must be filled out and submitted, NO EXCEPTIONS.

All plan review comments issued for current applications will be included in this 1 year time frame, based on the date on the Technical Services Review Comments letter issued.

The former practice of comments being valid for 6 months with the option of requesting an extension is no longer in effect.
